In Good Hands ~ Your Hosts
Amanda found yoga while struggling with severe back spasms and working in an unaligned career.
Her first 200hr yoga teacher training taught her about all paths of yoga, and vegetarianism was mandatory. After just a few weeks her aches and pains were gone, her digestion was phenomenal, and her energy was soaring. Yoga became her home.
Amanda’s now opened raw and vegan restaurants, graduated from Life Coaching school, and hosted numerous retreats. She’s studied and taught pre/post-natal yoga, kid’s yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda, acrobatic/partner yoga, senior’s yoga, yoga for MS, adaptive yoga and more.
Amanda’s traveled to India to get my 500 hour training with Yogi Sivadas in the Himalayas. She is grateful for all the joy, clarity, direction and relief that yoga has brought to her life.
For the last two decades Kit’s been an activist, academic, and entrepreneur committed to channeling her passion for gender equity into a celebration of women’s sexual pleasure. She’s earned a Masters degree in Gender and Social Policy from the London School of Economics and has been featured in Marie Claire and Glamour magazines.
Kit launched O’actually as a multi-media platform for open and honest dialogue to release taboo of women’s self pleasure and to promote beautiful erotic work made by women for women.
Kit’s a 200hr certified yoga teacher and an avid world traveler. She’s spent years living abroad with extensive stays in Europe and South America. Kit’s also spent time exploring Morocco, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bali. From London, to Hawaii, to Peru, she’s studied under world renowned feminist academics and worked with the world’s most prolific Tantra and Shamanic healers.
